Ein wahrer Allrounder der Speisebegleitung, vor allem zu traditionellen Südtiroler Gerichten und italienischen Spezialitäten. Gekühlt ist dieser leichte Rotwein ein beliebter Appetizer.

Küchelberg, Labers, St. Valentin

AUSBAU:
Traditionelle Rotweingärung in großen Edelstahltanks;
anschließender biologischer Säureabbau und Lagerung auf
der Feinhefe für ca. 5 Monate in großen Eichenholzfässern.

Vorspeisen, Speck, Wurstspezialitäten, Käse, traditionelle
Hausmannskost, Kalbfleisch
